Over the years, our pro bono program helped over 100 families, and we’re grateful to everyone who was part of it.

We’ve made the difficult decision to close the program, as our practice no longer has the capacity to continue it. We’re no longer accepting requests or updating plans through the program.

Whether you are beginning to plan or need to update documents already in place, you will need to engage other counsel. Illinois Legal Aid Online can identify free and reduced-fee services for those who qualify, and the Illinois State Bar Association offers a lawyer referral service that will connect you with a member attorney in your area. We encourage you to confirm that any attorney you contact has expertise with supplemental needs planning, as not all estate planning practices do.
